In October, we conducted fire safety training in collaboration with the local fire department in Busan, with the aim of strengthening fire prevention measures and emergency response capabilities.
Bearings are precision components that are sensitive to heat. Exposure to high temperatures during a fire can lead to reduced hardness, lubricant degradation and seal damage. Such damage may affect product performance and reliability, even when there are no visible signs of defects. We therefore regard fire prevention not only as an essential aspect of workplace safety but also as an important measure for maintaining the quality and reliability of the products we supply to our customers.
The training included the following key activities:
1. Practical fire hose operation and water discharge training
2. Fire extinguisher operation and initial fire response training
3. Inspection of fire safety equipment in offices and warehouses
4. Emergency evacuation drills
Through this training, our employees gained a better understanding of the appropriate procedures to follow in the event of a fire, while strengthening their safety awareness and emergency response capabilities.
